Gavin is an enterprising, ambitious & confident business man who started his first business at the age of 14 as a DJ. In order to raise the capital to buy his first pair of decks Gavin did over 15 paper rounds per week at the age of 13 to self fund his first business! After many years performing for various weddings, corporate events, collaborating with bands such as ABC & other 70’s, 80’s music stars & performing at the homes of the prodigy agent & various other A listers Gavin started to fall in love with the fitness industry more! Gavin has worked as a gym instructor at the age of 18 to then quit working for other people entirely at the age of 22 (with a £850 per month mortgage) to then work solely for himself!
Founder & Director of GTPT LTD, GT Personal Training & GT FITNESS. Gavin is at the top of his game, he is now one of the best established personal trainers in the UK & is now providing consultancy to other fitness organizations in the UK.
Gavin currently completes on average 25 – 30 hours of personal training every week as well as managing a direct team of 6 staff & a growing network of personal trainers. In Gavin’s spare time he DJ’s, supports GB Olympic hopefuls & interviews sports athletes at the top of their game!
Gavin has been involved in athletics, rugby, martial arts & boxing from a very young age. Gavin has many friends who are top UK & International athletes, personally knows many ex and current Olympic athletes, has an amazing network of practitioners, personal trainers, doctors, physiotherapists, chiropractors, dieticians & is associated with all top fitness organizations.
